Randall could easily say that no manager suffered any interference with transfers and be 100% accurate; poor old Sabri was the Head Coach though.
Sometimes actions speak louder than words and the promotion of Gary Brazil to Head of Football Development, which also oversees recruitment, took effect back in October just after Hughton joined, was a very significant action.
I'm looking forward to seeing the fruits of the Recruitment Team led by Hughton and Brazil this Summer.
