What Is The Clubs Transfer Strategy

Dan has played 15+ games for Bournemouth this season and even scored a couple of goals so he has definitely been in and around the team so maybe smart to do a quick search before posting  :cool:

We have signed Mbe Soh (19 years), McKenna (23), Blackett (26), Iannou (24) and loaned Christie (27), Cafu (27), Knockaert (28), Freeman (28) and Krovinovic (25) and then we have brought in 4 players that were 30 years (Colback, Arter, Taylor and Guerrero). Looks pretty balanced to me and on paper good quality as well.

So how are we doing then?

You were questioning if the club had a transfer strategy and I believe they do.

But these were the first words that came to mind.

I’d really like to know what our strategy is - there certainly isn’t an obvious trend.

Gary Brazil - and his ongoing work with the Academy - is the one shining light.

I’ve heard it said that we’re now focussing on the domestic market.

But that can’t be right - since half of the players we signed in the Summer haven’t played in England until they came to NG2.

And - as has already been stated by others - our average age is on the high side.

I would genuinely like to know what our strategy is?
