I realise that Tricky and its not a criticism of current ownership although I wonder if more could have been done to improve facilities sooner. Brazil has been in charge of the Academy since 2014. There have been some wasted years by the previous regime where we were seemingly content to applaud his achievements but not to give him the tools to progress.
