Think there is a massive difference in that Hughton has been appointed manager, a proper experienced assistant in Paul Trollope and a no nonsense coach in Stephen Reid. None of those 3 are going to take any crap.
Let them manage the first team with proper support from the hierarchy and we will be fine.
