Is that a joke? He's been absolutely shite.

Better than Gabriel has been in my opinion.

I hope that is Jenkinsons last ever appearance. He is rubbish

It might well be, I was baffled as to why we signed him (I accept we needed a right back with Tendayi’s injury).

Notwithstanding that I can still see what he added today and he wasn’t rubbish.

I beg to differ

Gurerro - did he touch the ball?

it's what if we had set up more like this at the start and gone more, all out for the first goal

I agree, the second half is how we should play from the off. More possession football, more uptempo, play like this again from the start  Friday AND WIN then Sabri may keep his job.

Yuri-6 at least tried
Figgs - 1 - schooled by Moore - needs to be dropped
Worrall -6 ok
Jenkinson - everything that is wrong with the club epitomised
Colback- 5 - needs to step up
Yates-8 our only player to do anything positive - can’t believe others couldn’t see it today- won every 50-50 and tried to get forward- should have scored though
Freeman 6 - felt for him first half
Grabban - 3 - not a captain and missed another sitter in the most important phase of the game
Ameobi- 5 gallant display but not a number 8 where he played second half
Lolley 2 - either injured or wants out

Taylor -7 excellent
Mighten - 7 ditto.

Pretty much exactly how I saw it

How many chances does Grabben have to miss before the twitter brigade turns?

I think we remember the old Colback and expect that- he hasn’t played for a year. We should be seeing Sow or Fred or even Johnson until he’s fit.

If Lolley does have shin splints I think it’s unreal that they’re playing him, we need him flying not limping

Freeman looks good.

Taylor a handful, livening things up.

Good performance from Yates, probably MOTM from our players, though some people have got it in for him and can't appreciate him.

Christie to come in next match, and surely Figs to bow out.

I think this is a good squad, I'm actually pretty hopeful, just not sure what coach will get to work with them.

Ive not seen a forward display like the one Taylor put in today for a while at our club. He's done enough to stay in the side imo. All 11 players upped their tempo and played the ball faster 2nd half. That combined with some physically up front was a pleasure to see. Just a shame we didnt get any luck with the few chances we had.

I was in despair at half time but so much better second half. Impressed with Taylor, he wound there central defenders up and caused them problems.

Yates and Colback much better and defence so much better.

Why can’t we start every game like that ?

I am prepared to give Lamouchi a stay of execution if we can maintain this approach.

Agree with all of that.

Agreed.  4 4 2 was better. It suits Colback and Yates better. We needed an extra body in their when Watson was one of them. Saying that we have missed him a lot but we need to adapt to the players we have got. That is the template but some of our mainstays last season are currently passengers. Lolley Grabban and Ribbero are miles off the pace. Lolley is probably injured but Ameobi has contributed a lot more over the last 10 to 15 games.

We are on our arses confidence wise but at least performance second half was decent. Sabri has to build on this or curtains. Mighten has offered more in 10 minutes than lolley or da Costa for last 10 games. Maybe unfair on lolley as obviously injured but I’d start him next match.
4231 didn’t work at all today. But more concerning was figgs - awful and both centre halves lost their men and headers in the box for both goals...

Dont know what was said at HT but it should've been said last week.

This is Sabri's chance now to start Talylor either instead or alongside Grabban. Will he take it though?

Will he be sacked?
