He’s not technical- he does his job and even chips in with goals. I think Sabri should know what a good midfielder is.
He goes to Middlesbrough and plays every game for Warnock he’ll def be in the Prem before us (not necessarily for Boro tho...)

We have Colback to do that too. The problem is we need a CM who can pick a pass forward giving the top 4 more attacking opportunities to play alongside the ball winner.

Colback is also booked every game and misses a tonne through suspension

I do agree about needing someone to pass through the lines and be available to receive a pass tho

Like others are saying, you’d hope that front attacking four will be able to produce!

And it’s either attack or defend on the bench! Nothing for the middle.

Simple reason for that... we go behind he throws attackers on to salvage something. We go a goal up we bring in defenders to protect the lead. Either way at that point we bypass the middle so no need for anything there

Lots of negativity of this thread pre match.

We haven’t lost yet!

With Christie not being ready 10 of those players pick themselves unless Sabri is going for a change of mindset.

Feel sorry for Bachiro personally

He played well at Hillsbrough and barely seen since.

It's ok having a good front 4 if you can service them with the ball. We cannot as we cannot keep the damn ball.

2 holding midfielders deeper than the titanic again today folks in another episode of anti football.

Sabri emphasising points over performance in his pre match with Sky.

I think this is a valid concern.

We don’t really have enough guile going forward.

It’s all setup to be percentage based.

It’s a safety first selection but has enough quality in it. Need our players to step up today - colback and freeman need to show their class and figgs needs to wake up. The only fear I have is Moore pulling onto riberio for the diagonal - I bet we see that constantly throughout...

Yes he talks a very good game and says all of the right things... the proof is in the pudding though. He can spout as much as he likes but if the team plays as it has for the last 20 games then he has to go.

I hope he does it today. The team play good attacking football the way we did against leeds and fulham. I hope he shows he is leaning from mistakes made.

For me this is it. Now or never. COYR
