Sabri Will He Stay Be Sacked Or Quit
I ‘think’ we are monitoring Dyche situation at Burnley. A bit of romanticism but he and woan not happy and some obvious links to the club- woan still lives in notts and Dyche outside Northampton.
Would be a major coup but would need them to resign as Dyche has a massive release fee...

Dyche? Yuk.

I’d definitely demand a refund if that hoofball merchant came here.

I wouldnt be suprised if Sabri gets the big heave - o  and a new face enters next day.

It happened with Martin didnt it .

No owner should sack the manager without having a replacement ready. Clubs that sack the manager and then look for a replacement are poorly run.

Spot on.

Any competent organization in the real world should identify 'key person risk' as they call it and research potential replacements just in case. Just as I'd expect us to have a list of players for each position even where we don't need one now.

And why would Dyche be interested in managing Forest. Surely his stock is much higher than leaving EPL established Burnley to come to a Championship club.

Thats my point really.
Mr. Marinakis is a multi millianare and didnt get where he is by not planning out for different scenarioes.
The only puzzling thing is he recently gave him a new improved contract For that reason he must stay and get it right, surely.

He might not deliver ‘beautiful’ football - but he would get us back to the Premier League.
Anything over and above is a bonus.

And is Sabri’s brand anymore attractive than Dyche’s?

It’s all immaterial as far as I’m concerned though - Sabri is our manager.

Here's a question... would he have been given the new improved contract if we had waited until the end of the season???

I think some people get caught up in the beautiful football crap. Let's be honest if we were winning playing the way we are then there wouldn't be any issue.

Only problem with the current style is that if you're losing it makes it that much harder to back a manager.

Sabri is our manager... I dont think he will be for much longer... I certainly hope he will be as long as there are significant changes to the teams performance. I just cant see it and for that reason I'd rather he go sooner than later. It doesnt bear thinking about giving 10 to 15 games and falling further behind. Again... it's not like current performances and form are new and can be classed as a blip.

Dyche seems pretty good when they were showing no mercy on us hammering us 5-0 at the turf before they last went up.

Have you heard anything or just hoping?
I’d love Dyche here. Proper manager.
He has some cracking Cloughie stories on the RRD podcast too.

Just gossip but has had more than one ‘social meeting’ with one of our directors. Of course could be just the RRD link!!!
