What Is The Clubs Transfer Strategy

Those wages are the wages on football manager-all exactly the same so aren’t really very reliable.

So if that is the case then the recruitment team will not be replaced.

This 'Prince' is close friends with Modesto and Anigo.

It was never going to happen though Sniff was it? If EM wants blood they will be feeding back to him that Sabri had the tools but failed, knowing that they  f****d up in the winter window.

No. These are EM's trusted generals along with Vrentzos and Dourekas.

Modesto and Anigo only scout the players; Vrentzos decides how much we will pay for the players and how much wages we offer.

When Clubs refuse to sell to us or players refuse to come, usually for money related issues, how can that be the fault of the scouts?

I think people are angry at the scouts because of the quality of the players who did actually sign for us not the ones that didn't for whatever reason. Most of our recent loans have been tragic and January wasn't much better. There is nobody more positive and optimistic than me but I am not going to pull wool over my eyes and pretend that everything is rosey with our recruitment when it clearly isn't.

I'm just angry at the club for both the players we did, and did not sign. I don't give a toss which individual or group of people is responsible, as it all leads back to EM.

The contrast in quality between the trio of Grosiki, Gayle & Freeman to Diakhaby, Walker & Da Costa is unbelievable.

Yes, even if the first 3 were injured or didn't want to come for whatever reason why didn't we move onto targets of a similar standard?

We went from shopping in Ted Baker to shopping in Primark.

Sums it up well. Although Nuno looks like he might turn out to be a good signing.

I hope so. Seen enough to suggest he can be. Hopefully numptys don’t associate him with the collapse especially as he bust a gut to try and help with the 4th goal v stoke.

Agreed. I thought he was excellent at Preston and he showed there what he is capable of. Hopefully he can do it week in week out next season when he's selected.

If Nuno hadn't put the ball in, the Stoke player right behind him would've done. He did all he could!

It was a chance.

Promotion was there for the taking and we threw it.

Yep, that's the way season 2019/20 will be remembered.
