I don't think Carvalhal has gone anywhere yet, last I read he was leaving Rio Ave after getting them Europa and was in discussions with Flamengo in Brazil and an unnamed British club but that he's also on Watford's shortlist. That was in the Athletic yesterday.

If we find out that Lamouchi has indeed gone either by being sacked or he has left the club by mutual consent, why not look at getting Paul Cook in, good manager who likes to see football being played the right way, he has got Wigan to where they are, has an eye for bargain players and can gel a squad, I wouldn't have an issue with him being a manager of this club

Paul cook is a good shout. However I’d prefer Sabri to get another season at it.

If Sabri should be removed from his post or resign then there are still some interesting names out there.
Ivo Vieira, Marco Silva, Jardim (especially if the Monaco prince comes), Rui Vitoria and Diego Martinez. I am sure they would all be very high on our list if a vacancy became available.

Some really good names Sniffer, hopefully the decision can be made soon enough so we can either get cracking with Sabri, or give the new head coach the most amount of time possible ahead of the new season starting to implement his own ideas.

I think the decision was made weeks ago, when Sabri was offered that new contract. The inquest would have been 'why did we implode?' rather than 'is the manager capable?'

I know a few Cherries fans and they wanted him sacked. Joke really - that club is a third division club! Sacked. The same gratitude Charlton fans showed Curbishly... delusions of grandeur. Still. Bournemouth. Done more than Forest lately. SA.

Possibly... but Sabri will be tainted. He needs to get a hold of the squad and have no passengers. Carvalho can go. So can all loans. Give him the tools!!!

Not one game of Championship experience between them and Silva's the only one who's ever managed in this country. No thanks. Stick with Sabri. He's made costly mistakes, which I put down to lack of championship experience, but he'll have hopefully learned by them. No matter how good they are, the other coaches will go through the same learning curve which Sabri has done. |
