Always go back to that game against Charlton after Leeds game. Such massive optimism off the back of one of the best performances of the season. He rested a number of key players and we lost. Since that defeat we've barely got going.

January was a disaster in terms of recruitment. We let two capable defenders leave and replaced them with bargain basement garbage. Bong!! Is he still alive.? Diakhaby - hard to see how he even fits the description of footballer.

We never got anyone capable of taking the pressure off Grabban for goals and too reliant on a handful of players to perform.

The nature of these last few weeks was always going to put pressure on our threadbare squad and looking at the bench tonight - it told.

So now, rather than looking at play offs we are looking at another rebuilding job. Some of these will need to be sold to allow us to strengthen in depth.

But I fear that was our best chance for awhile.

Some of the players are just not good enough, simple as that.

We need a stronger team and a stronger squad. Need to invest in some really good individuals now.

Sabri should stay, not his fault the players just gave up. Ribiero was shite, their late goals came for our right.....where was Cash ?

Yates is simply not good enough for a promotion winning team.

We played well for first half. I didn’t see after2-1 as couldn’t watch. In shock... I think we could end up throwing away a good thing too. However - January is when we lost it. Recruitment was so poor. We were a big club - Swansea, Brentford, Fulham, Cardiff aren’t and will never reach our heights and couldn’t match our potential. I just think that our way of playing was found. Stoke did not beat us tonight - we beat ourselves. The mentality just isn’t there.
