Just watched again the highlights ... goal not given, nd Ameobi's shoot in the first half apart, we really didn't trouble them much ... how many shots on target? ... this was QPR, a team that is re known for letting goals in honky dory... by moving the ball nicely in midfield, nd even at the edge of the box means nothing... nd by the way Grabban is so off form , since missing that penalty...starting to look or tired or bored ... the way he approached a couple of balls yesterday wasnt the best..

This was not a typical Warburton game at all. I thought QPR were set up to be be defensibly strong and they were for most of the part. Forest had enough chances to win the game. 12 shots, 10 corners with one hitting the crossbar. With a bit more "luck" we would have gotten all 3 points.

On the positive side I thought Silva played very well alongside Watson. Didnt look like we were missing Sow and Silva linked up the forward players nicely. Which for me was were it all went wrong when Yates came on.

Completely agree. I think Walker should have replace Ameobi and gone 2 up top.,Watson and Silva  were not under pressure in midfield as they just hoofed it up and fed of knock downs.

Agree with previous poster - thought Silva looked good in deeper role. Grabban had a off day maybe fitness ? Thought new lad did ok - no way would I pay 8 million though. Mighten didn't see enough of ball to make any impact unfortunately.

Way too early to judge Diakhaby. He needs time to get up to speed (fitness and playing style). He showed some good progress yesterday and he could still turn out to be a very good acquisition. He has the technique and speed to be a real threat.
