Back on track, so far there are too many games for me when we have looked second best for long periods to believe we are realistically top 2. But being hard to beat and picking up good results is fine for a top 6 finish and yes we can get there. There is nobody in this division I have seen who is streets ahead this year.

I tend to agree. Being hard to beat can get you top six, but we will need luck with injuries to challenge the top two.

Those clubs deserve to be where they are on merit, just as we deserve to be where we are on merit. We’ve been a second division club for twenty years and that is what we are.

This club refused to pay local businesses and had to be regularly dragged to court to pay its bills just a few years ago so it’s a bit hypocritical when people criticise Leicester for something that happened many owners ago. People in glass houses etc.

I’d like to think that we are no longer the shameful and dirty little football club we were under Fawaz, so it’s only fair not to tar Leicester with the brush of previous owners from many years ago.

My prediction is that West Brom, now they've hit the top, will continue to dominate the league and run out easy winners.

Then you've got 4 or 5 teams who will maybe fancy their chances of getting the 2nd slot. Leeds would be favorite, and at this moment in time I'd put us in there as having as good a chance as the rest.

Tonight will be a real test for us. Tricky away fixture, lost the captain, and didnt look particularity good after the last game. Can we get anything?

10 games in and we are right in the thick of it. That will do for me. However you look at it we have had a great start to the season. Well done Sabri, the coaching staff and players.

Based on what I’ve seen so far, WBA Leeds and Fulham are all slightly ahead of us in terms of performance. However they’ve all got weaknesses and susceptibility to dropping points. Plus the depth of quality in the league makes almost every game a challenge.

Therefore it’s just about points on the board, if you keep scraping wins players grow in confidence. You would never have had Norwich or sheff U promoted at this point last year.

Not saying this means we’ll go up but right now we’re definitely in it. I’d say we can afford to drop points less than those three above though so the next block of games after the break will be massive given they’re all bottom half teams

A significant challenge against a team we tend to struggle against, even at home.

I'm not sure where we are after last night's game to be honest. A draw away to Blackburn on a wet Tuesday night would normally be considered a decent point by the Forest teams of before. But if we are considering ourselves as real contenders you've got to say that Blackburn were bang average and there for the taking. Trouble is, we looked nothing special either. So IMO that's the Barnsley, Arsenal, Stoke and now the Blackburn game where we've been less than convincing.

I feel West Brom or Leeds would have swept Blackburn aside last night. Credit where it's due, we got ourselves back in the game, but apart from that Lolley goal, we created nothing really.
