Are we supposed to care? Hope we can get rid for good this summer.

Me too. What a waste of money.

I like him.

Always felt he made a contribution when played and was unfairly dropped when Bentner arrived.

Vellios wasn't great and isn't bad like so many of our players they were bought to fill a squad with bodies.

If he is used sparingly as a third choice, impact sub type of player he will be useful to have around; if we are relying on a regular contribution we are in trouble.

I would have though that Grabben's omission from the side related to his injury problems; I certainly hope so or we have another good player on a high wage, sidelined due to non footballing reasons.

Another player who we cannot move on because other clubs cannot or will not match the wage he is on.

I was hoping a Director of Football would put an end to this carry on and insist managers use the players at their disposal, particularly when this specific player has just scored 16 goals in 39 appearances.

Notwithstanding that, we certainly need another decent forward if we have any designs on promotion.

There was talk of Ipswich offering a two year contract.

Who to?

Murphy.
I seriously doubt that will happen.

I read an interview with him in one of the Irish papers; he has moved his family back to Waterford in Ireland and mentioned the severe aggravation of him playing over here and them living over there.

He said it was something he would endure in the short term as he intends to retire from all football after next season.

I wouldnt be surprised if Murphy gets a payoff and goes to LOI side.

I don't think our problems are as bad as others.
Lansbury, McCormik, Hogan and Gardner set for hefty pay rise if Villa go up.

It won't really be a problem though because they will be in the PL.

I think they will have a bigger problem if Derby beat them and they don't go up.

I think he is bad, seriously bad and if we are relying on Vellios to get us goals next season then god help us.

God.

We could do with his help to end this 20 year curse.
