We dont need a new manager. Nor do we need a massive influx of new players.

We need a calm, settled environment for Martin and Roy to work with the players the way they want to.

We need to back them.

That just about sums up my feelings too.

I voted stick but I will admit to giving it a bit of thought first.

It’s the style of play that bothers me. If you are going to play how we are at the moment then you need results!
Could easily lose the next 4. I have voted twist with a heavy heart...would love to be proved wrong though.

Never thought he was the right person for the job so easy decision for me. Hate seeing managers sacked but the thing I hate more is a board making awful decisions, hiring a manager with the style that everybody knew MON played for the squad of players we had was ridiculous. This summer get somebody on the board who knows how football works in the 21st century, until then we'll be stuck making the same mistakes over and over.
