Nottingham Forest - Liverpool

Again SM I am unsure that you know all this detail, I maintain he was NEVER given the chance at Forest, I also understand that he was the THIRD highest goalscorer in Europe last season, what gone wrong? Forest lost out again when holding all the aces?

Agree to disagree. It’s ancient history now and irrelevant. But we have to find some goals from somwhere.

Im worried. Jesus for all his effort isn’t a finisher. Lucca is the italian Bob Rosario.

Agents - K always wanted Germany as he felt it was better for his development. The prem had a physically so hard.

Today - so unlucky but a bit naive for me - the quality of football first half was great but we lack that killer touch in the box - Jesus played very well but the chance he had from a through ball sums up he just isn’t a goal scorer we need at the moment.

CHO early mchamvewasbthe best of gen match for us.
The last few minutes we were going for a win which is commendable but rushing corners and not prioritising ball retention and solidity is what undid us after we had a var reprieve.

Also for the goal - Murillo gets in Ortegas way for an easy save -

Was a joy to watch most of that match. The usual inconsistent decisions for Anthony Taylor and the jammy finish did put a dampener on today. I think if we can play like that for the rest of the season then we are going to be fine.

Positives. As well as the general approach thought both Neco and Sangare in particular were superb.

Do we start think of playing TWO up front? We need to score more goals then of late in the PL otherwise we are down, goals equals points!

The substitutions were necessary for tired legs but it is an indisputable fact that those that came on made us worse overall.

Sadly, the summer spend provided nothing in terms of a squad

Do think people need to remember he's playing in a weaker league, as he was last season.

Plenty have scored loads of goals elsewhere but failed in prem. Kezman first that comes to mind

Sanhare is turning into a bit of a player.

Think given the lack of impact of any of the wingers, feels like it'd make sense to give Mcatee a few starts with either him or MGW out wide. Was pretty harsh after Feremcvaros that he's barely got on the field.
