EM will want to see that Dyche can add value to players like McAtee, Bakwa and Hutchinson.

Nuno was expert at this - look at how he improved Murillo, Anderson, MGW, CHO, Elanga

This is fundamental to the business model.  Not signing the likes of Dwight McNeil.

Fairly certain his Burnley team contained many who improved, look at likes of Trippier and Wood, even championship players like Cork and Brownhill were turned into good EPL pros. Not to mention Tarkowski, Keane, Nathan Collins all who had stints at Burnley before playing internationally. Pope too of course

Yep but all those are British lads.

Dyche is going to need to be able to polish up the young Brazilians we bring over, the young French and European lads.

This is very different to anything he will have needed to do before.

He will have to fit into that or it won’t work for him

You mean like signing Adama Traore instead then?

Not sure that Nuno was as amazing as people made out, not everyone flourished under him.  Likewise Dyche may prove to be better than some are giving him credit for

I know its wafer thin and a few bad results puts us back again but I really thought it would have taken until Christmas to get us out the bottom 3. Well done all.

Things can change fast SM.

Villa were bottom 4 after 5 games and are now top 4 after 12 games.

It sure does, We had 5pts from 9 games. Now we are sitting on 12pts from 12 games.

We are 5pts down from the same games last season - Basically the 5 that were dropped against Burnley and Sunderland.

We should be around the Champions league spots with how other clubs are dropping points. It was our mistake to appoint Ange but that snake Nuno put us in a bad position and I won’t forgive him for it.
