Exactly, no manager can walk in and in just 3 weeks make all the changes needed.

Look at the poor start to the 2024/25 season from Crystal Palace.......but in time Glasner got it right and made changes and things have worked well since then.

He will get to November and if no improvement he is gone.  That also gives us time to look for a replacement.

Rafa has barely managed in recent years and each time he was sacked pretty early on. It would genuinely be an even more bizarre appointment than Ange. Really hope this isn't true
