Sky have been sharing an interesting graphic today on Premier League squad cost vs. squad market value (based on TransferMarkt valuations).

It's sorted by the difference between perceived value and cost and ours is the 8th best differential, with a squad cost of £381.8m and a perceived value of £441.9m (so a £60.2m difference).

Man U have the 'worst' differential of -£322.9m between cost and value!

441 is extremely low, its worth north of 600m.

Transfermarkt keep there values low and even them have our squad worth £530m+

From observations today:

Sangare is what we have always said, great when he has time but totally unsuited to a fast paced PL game. Play him in Europe and the cup or needs moving on.

Aina misses Elanga badly

Ndoye needs to sharpen up. He has a big fee, scored and assisted already but needs to up all round contribution. He doesnt have natural pace and that is a big miss in the side.

McAtee had some lovely touches but he isn’t a natural wide player. Want to see more of him though.

Jesus not seen anything of note yet but he had zero service

Sels is magnificent, lets hope he stays fit

Murillo and MGW are quality. So thay had off days, don’t rinse them for that.

I was going to try and do a squad but couldn't make head or tails of UEFA's rules so didn't bother.
