That's true but the moral case should be irrelevant. I thought CAS were meant to ensure that rules had been applied correctly - which regarding the deadline date they most definitely have.

There is no morals in this.
Its a question purely of rules. Were the rules broken yes or no. Simple as that.
UEFA has already said yes, the rules were broken despite their efforts to inform Palace to comply.
The CAS has to decide if UEFA were correct that the rules were broken - thats all.

We're sending legal representation to CAS for the hearing as we've been named in Palace's appeal. Hearing due to take place next week.

And like clockwork, Palace fans have gone berserk as us.
Even though they named us in the appeal.
Palace and Spurs fans have been infuriating this summer.
Wish they’d blame their own owners instead of ours.
Can’t wait for this saga to be over.
But even when it’s over, no matter what we’ll be the villains.
