Current Players Thread
Depends how we’re getting the ball into the box if it’s out wide I’d say there’s less chance of winning a free kick then if it’s one middle

MGW is gonna have to make people foul him in the middle.

We need more from this in the next couple of games.

Thought he's looked pretty quiet in the first few games he's played so far.

Chris Wood.

He doesn't get the headlines and the adoration he deserves does he?

His record since Nuno joined the club is out of this world.

Think since Nuno arrive he is the third highest scorer in the premier league.

It's an interesting time for the club.

Taiwo/ Wood
Aina, Williams
Murlillo
MGW, Elanga and CHO.

We could lose a lot of talent next year. Hopefully we tie up some contracts, make 1/2 big sales and dig our heels in like we did in the summer.

The best case scenario is that we sort out home form out so players want to stay (strong league position/improvement).

I don't want to turn this into get rid of him thread because we've seen in recent months stability and slight tweaks is essential.

I want to see some new contracts signed.

I think Murillo, Elanga and Taiwo won't be here come the end of the season. But agree on new contracts

There is no way we are going to be able to hang onto Murillo unfortunately.

He is going to the very top.

Elanga not getting too much game time and it wouldn't surprise me if he moved on.

Taiwo as we know is mega injury prone and we should be looking to try and offload him.

Don't get it when people say he's mega injury prone

He had one injury in 17/18
One in 19/20
One in 20/21
One in 22/23 which was a groin injury
Then groin surgery which kept him out last season

We rushed him back and he got injured from that, we're just taking out time with him now, which Nuno jas said to make sure he's fully fit.

Folk go on like he gets loads of injuries 5 times a season
