Will get back on message....I dont want to repeat GR's excellent in depth analysis which I agree with in most cases but will add my own brief synopsis which is based on what I have seen at home games, reports I have read on away games and a degree of personal spite.
Pantilimon 5 Doesnt command his box for such a big keeper, and I wish he would catch rather than punching.
Steele 6 Only seen him for Newcastle games, looked OK but heard he was weak vs Stoke?
Robinson 7 Looks solid defensively but on the ball he looks like a centre half out of position
Darikwa 6 He is OK and doesnt deserve some of the criticism but lost a mark from me after Norwich
Janko 7.5 Promising definitely, decent pace and a bit of physicality, want to see more of him
Fox 8 Become our Mr Reliable, I like his new assertiveness too which has come from confidence in playing well.
Dawson 4 Major disappointment so far but still think him and Fox may be our best pairing.
Hefele 5 Good at shouting and waving his arms about, not convinced he is as good at defending
Figueiredo 4 Barely seen him this year. To be honest Im still annoyed we paid big fee for him and then loaned out Worrall.
Guedioura 7 First few games would mark him 9, recent games more like 5, so average 7 which is typical Geddy.
Colback 7.5 No nonsense, breaks up play, gives it to a red shirt. We have still lost a few midfield battles though.
Watson 5 Would have been 4 pre Boro. Would keep him for away games where we know we will have to scrap for a result.
Bridcutt 7 Will include him and give him a score because I like him, think he would be good paired with Colback.
Carvalho 8 Probably a generous score but I love watching him, real quality. Needs to dictate games more given his ability though.
Cash 7 Gone off the boil a bit recently probably suffering with large squad size and being a bit part player.
Osborn 8 Will rate him as a midfielder only, great professional and delivers every time. Not a left back.
Dias 5 Good pace and energy. Poor decision making and dithers on the ball. No goals or assists yet says it all.
Goncalves 4 Disappointing when we've seen him. Quick and skilful obviously just think Championship too physical for his game.
Lolley 9 Our stand out player and the one the opposition worries about, really improved his game this season too.
Soudani 6 Ive not seen much of him, looks decent but not sure his game is suited to the way we set up.
Murphy 7 Great to see him back to last seasons early form. Good at holding ball up, would like to see him used more to close games out.
Grabban 8 Very impressed, reliable poacher and finisher. Dont get some of the criticism, works hard and clever too.
Karanka 7 I like the guy but would like to see some flexibility in formations, eg I dont think he uses subs well. The issue is will he be given time.

I agree, very good summary Salvatore. In my opinion I think you have been a bit harsh on a few of your ratings but overall a fair assessment.
I would like to add that my main concern about Pants is that he's distribution is way off. Passing back to Pants for him to kick it long is equal to giving the ball away because he almost never seem to find a Forest player. Two solutions to that problem either he's not to be part of the build up play or he gets axed.
