I think Dawson will be fine. I think he needs a run of games to get that bit of match sharpness back into his game.
If he can stay injury free from now until the end of the season I think he will play more often than not.
If he can't stay fit then I have absolutely no fears at all about Figs or Hefele coming into the side.
Fox appears to have the left hand side of the central pairing nailed down and rightly so.

On current form I don't believe he has impressed enough to warrant a starting slot. In my opinion he is currently behind Hefele and Fox who seem to work well together.

I am very happy with out crop of centre halves. fig came in against boro and did very well.
hefele is a great character. I just find sometimes his footballing ability is very limited.

I don't agree guys and I'm a bit surprised myself that I'm not to be honest. If you look at his stats they point to a player that's very involved in the build up play and is doing that very well. Hef is having the most average passes per game of all the Forest players and he also has a respective success percentage of 79,8% (which is the 5th best). In addition he has an average of 3,7 long passes per game which brings him in at 4th behind Pants, Geddy and Fox but of those 4 he has the best accuracy. This guy is far better on the ball then what you give him credit for.

Heff is a good defender. I don't fear a goal at every set piece. Gives me much more confidence with him at the back. He organises and knows this league.

Hef is slow, gets caught under the ball often and loses his man. Not impressed when I’ve watched him closely and sometimes see another fist pumping chambers type. However I can’t help but like him and think he brings something to the defensive unit as a whole - just think Dawson is better. Fox has been very good but analyse our goals against and you’ll see many from our inside left position. Our midfield mask much of our centre half problems much to the detriment of perception of their performances- in particular Watson.
