I sincerely hope we are taking a different approach now, no more agent recommendations and more analytics and decent scouting. High hopes for Syrianos shaking things up, he needs to work well with Hughton and Brazil.

Yeah agreed, this is the way forward. Also have high hopes for Syranos, hopefully gets a few windows to mould the squad.
