Been getting messages, seems I was on TV. Magical day today.

This was a party from the minute we arrived until we left the ground. Fancy dress, and the incredible nonstop singing..Waca waca was fantastic. Palace fans looked bemused as they waited and waited and waited for us to stop so they could give their players a send off.

Our fans under Steve Cooper have been sensational home and away. Today was another level again. You probably had to be there to feel the connection and huge credit to the big man, who I hope loved the ovation he was given. There is something special happening and I don't want it to end. Keep this and we can take on anyone anywhere. Sadly  I think the best LB we have had since Psycho was saying goodbye today  will be hard to replace. An emotional day.

Today was about the supporters and our chance to relax and enjoy the day. And f*** me did we enjoy it.

It was an absolute privelage to be in that away end today.
I can’t ever remember a better away end in 30 odd years, in terms of constant, unconditional support.
The club is so together, and we have to keep it that way.
Let’s see what this summer brings.

Thought Worral was great yesterday and he's starting to look like he can cut it in the PL.

I think Worrall’s had a difficult time this season. He played a fair amount alongside McKenna, which doesn’t work in a 2 in the Prem. Then he looked good alongside Boly, until Boly was injured. Once we’d settled on Felipe and Niakhate he looked much more secure. Having Aurier instead of Williams gave him more protection too. He’s also benefited from the Mangala, Danilo, Yates midfield which has emerged recently, because he gets more protection from midfield. I think he was a bit of a scapegoat at the start of the season, but it can’t have been easy without a settled side

He wasnt a scapegoat, Cooper dropped him deservedly. He's stepped up as the side generally has tightened up.
