Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 10-11-2022 To be played on Saturday 12th November 2022. At the world famous City Ground in Nottingham. Kick off is at 3pm. COYR! RE: Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 10-11-2022 Some difficult choices for Steve to make. Some of those lads who played last night deserve to keep the shirt. RE: Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - DeesideRed - 10-11-2022 Huge game for me. A win really sets the tone for boxing day and 2nd half of the season RE: Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 10-11-2022 We don't have a game on boxing day. RE: Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - zicorice - 10-11-2022 This will be alot tougher than last night. Wish Mangala hadn't got that red card and no clue now who plays in back 4 apart from Aurier! And Lodi, what the hell was he doing looking so good? RE: Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - Salvatore Matrecano - 10-11-2022 Tottenham gave us way more space to play than most teams ever will. They did in the first game too, thats how they do it and pick off teams on the counter attack. Only last night they had a team that looked more interested in packing their beach shorts and digging out their passports. Think thats why the likes of Lodi looked so much better, no chance he gets that amount of time on the ball vs Palace. But the level of play from our team was very good, hopefully gives them belief that they can actually play football at the highest level. I said the other day that winning breads confidence so it doesn't matter if Spurs threw the game or not, we will have benefited enormously. And it keeps the wolf away from Cooper's door. The Big Man in Greece will for sure have been impressed by a win over a top 4 club. Only lost 1 in 5 in all competitions including two wins against Liverpool and Spurs. Got to be some momentum there to take into this game. RE: Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - wassy04 - 10-11-2022 Taking a guess at the team for Saturday and hearing McKenna has a knock: Hendo Aurier Neco Worrall Cook Yates Freuler O'Brien Lingard MGW Surridge Feels like a good mix of the players that played last night plus returning MGW and Freuler (easy one with Mangala suspended). Think the big decisions will be at CB, does Cook really come back? Might fancy Lodi after his goal at LB. Can't see that midfield changing. The other big one is MGW up front or bench Lingard? We seem to have switched to a 4312 recently to good effect in the last two games. So can MGW play up top or does he just pick one of him and Lingard? I don't expect both Surridge and Taiwo to play either. Might play Brennan up top again and bench Lingard. RE: Nottingham Forest - Crystal Palace - DeesideRed - 10-11-2022 Last game in Premier League was on the 29th April 1995. finished 2 v 1 forest at Selhurst Park. Anyone want a stab at the 3 goalscorers? all forwards.
