Unless Boly is back before him. Then we might just be OK.

Maybe but right now we are a pulled muscle away from having to rely on Steve Cook.

Seen a couple of things saying that Boly should only be out for a couple of weeks.

Not even that, he starts today. Lingard back on the bench too.

Cooper on looking to bring in a replacement for injured goalkeeper Dean Henderson: "Still something we are thinking about. We thought Dean’s injury might initially have been a lot longer than what it is going to be. He couldn’t have played in the semi-finals anyway.

"Unfortunately we were knocked out of the FA Cup so Premier League football there is a bit of a break. We’re weighing all that up and seeing if it’s right to go with what we’ve got. Wayne played at Bournemouth and we will see if we want to keep with that or if we make a change but we haven’t decided yet.

"Dean hasn’t had loads of injuries in his career and he’s still a fairly young lad, so we have to see how players recover from injuries. Some can recover a lot quicker than others. If he does great, if he doesn’t we will deal with it as it comes."

Oh dear. MGW off again and looking pretty upset. Presumably a recurrence of the calf issue.

Whatever it was I hope it won't keep him out for long.

That was a very frustrating game but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. Their 2nd and 3rd don't get scored with Henderson in goal though fair play, 1 really good save to deny Anthony.

Thought we were excellent for about 25 minutes of the first half. Really encouraging from danilo, scarpa, mgw, brennan, surridge. Thought lodi was excellent all night and serge did well too. Really sad to say that cbs and goalie were our undoing. Also think having awoiyi available would have made a difference up top.
