RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Reds73 - 18-01-2023 (18-01-2023, 06:42 PM)Forest1970 Wrote: Good god. How unlucky are we?? Or should the question be is our training regime putting to much pressure on the players ?? And I mean that in the most respectful way to our coaches. You have to train at the same intensity you play at. Without that we wouldn’t be able to compete. Prem is a different intensity altogether. If you look at Awoniyi throughout his career, he has never been able to play full games. I think that’s why Mangala gets hooked on the hour also, after him hamstring injury at the late stages at Everton. Looks like 6 league games he will be absent for RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Sausage Roll - 19-01-2023 At least (I think anyway) we're past the cut-off for five bookings leading to a suspension now, so that's something. Didn't Casemiro pick up a yellow last night and now he's banned for the Man Utd - Arsenal game? That was United’s 19th game, cut off is after the 19th. Oh I see thank you I didn't realise that. RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Mcforest - 19-01-2023 yes that is correct he did. it was both Man Utd and Crystal P last game before they hit the threshold number of games played in the league. it's Man City's threshold game tonight and Arsenal, Brighton and Liverpool have one more before they hid the new period. RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Jsmed - 19-01-2023 No worries. Looked it up last week. They have also changed it this year so yellows in the cup competitions aren’t added to the league bookings tally. Red cards in cup games are carried over into league games though. RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Forest are Class - 19-01-2023 Yates is available for Saturday according to Cooper, also he says Henderson out for 4/5 weeks Niakhate and Richards 1/2 weeks away from training and Lingard is close aswell RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Reds73 - 19-01-2023 (19-01-2023, 03:55 PM)Forest are Class Wrote: Yates is available for Saturday according to Cooper, also he says Henderson out for 4/5 weeks Also saw Boly dancing around the training ground in flip flops, so he shouldn’t be a long term one. Kouyate and Awoniyi the longer term ones now. Although I don’t see Niakhate or Richards featuring this season unless of a crisis. Coops will won’t tried and tested going forward RE: Injuries And Suspensions - nffc93 - 19-01-2023 Niakhate back in training which is good news. RE: Injuries And Suspensions - Salvatore Matrecano - 19-01-2023 Its good but that still means he is probably at least a month away from getting on the pitch. A lot of games in that time. Think we could still do with another CB |
