RE: Vitor Pereira - Our Manager - Salvatore Matrecano - 17-02-2026

Thats great, lets hope he can deliver, that the players are willing to to work with him and stick with his methods and that the fans don’t get on his back if he doesn’t win a game.

I just can't bring myself to watch another new manager interview.
I'll give it a miss and see what he says on the pitch.

Thats where I am, cant be bothered to click the link really. I’ll wait for Silva’s first interview in July.

You are very confident that Vitor can do the job he has been brought in to do then SM?

This period coming up is one of the most important in our history.

I can't get my head around the fact that some don't even want to know what the manager is saying.

Personally I couldn't wait to hear the interview and I was very happy with it's content.

It wasn't the usual stereotyped shit interview.

It was very interesting.

I really enjoyed it. Good insight into the type of guy he is and his focus on players showing their quality (with freedom to express themselves) and fight.

I liked him.

Well worth 18 minutes.

I know what matters now are results, but I was definitely encouraged by it.

It was certainly the best interview by a new manager this season, I am excited to how it translates on the pitch, he certainly will bring everyone closer. Fans and players back where we were.

I like what I heard.

Press Conference at 11:30am today. If anyone is interested.

Sniffer I think that most of us fans have had the stuffing knocked out of us this season based on all that gone on at the club. It's hard at times to get up and go again, we need something exciting to happen to get the juices going again or maybe I am in the minority?

RE: Vitor Pereira - Our Manager - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 17-02-2026

That doesn't change the fact that this upcoming period is very important.

Vitor talks about a strong team, the players and the fans, that is the team he talks about.

Everyone needs to get on board if we want a happy ending to the season.

Presser was a good listen. Impressed.

RE: Vitor Pereira - Our Manager - Floridared - 17-02-2026

Very encouraging. I sincerely hope that the "quality" and "freedom to express themselves" he speaks of transfers to the pitch.
