RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - DeesideRed - 01-11-2025 Only concern regards Thursday is who can be rotated given the omissions from the squad? RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - Username - 01-11-2025 Saw a stat today the opposing teams have taken 19 corners against us since Sean came in and Sels has not come and successfully collected any. RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - ozzyten10 - 02-11-2025 We need to sort corners out. Both ends! We are not getting enough first contacts from corners in both boxes. Our set piece delivery isn’t good enough either. I’d get Murillo to wrap em in! This is a huge problem. He's absolutely terrible at commanding his area. And what do people think about his overall performance yesterday? I thought he was poor (again). He didn't get anywhere near the first goal conceded, dived too late for the Fernandez shot from miles out (that hit the post), and flapped the ball away in injury time leading to Murillo's goal line clearance. 2 more goals conceded. RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - DeesideRed - 02-11-2025 Obviously a lot of social media chatter about Amad technique for his goal. Am I being harsh on him or could CHO do more? RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - Spangles - 02-11-2025 Seems like almost everyone we play saves a Worldie for us . RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - JollyLollyAussie - 02-11-2025 CHO should of closed him down, turned his back!!!! RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - ozzyten10 - 02-11-2025 Milenkovic header is poor too though. We’ve conceded too many goals from corners - including these types too - can think of the Arsenal first for example. It’s the way it seems to go when you’re down at the bottom of the table - like the 2 corner decisions that weren’t corners. We also had a corner that wasn’t but didn’t do anything with it. There will be loads of work on corners this week and can imagine separate sessions for euro and Leeds with players identified early for each game. We need to use the squad now. I’d be happy with 11 changes for sturm graz. RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - Paplane - 02-11-2025 Not football related but I'm reading that there was a guy in a Forest tracksuit on that train with all those people who were knifed. He'd been the game and he apparently confronted the knifeman. Sending my best wishes to this guy, hope he, and the rest of the people involved are ok: From the Telepgraph: Man who ‘confronted’ attacker stabbed in chest A train passenger who told others “I’m gonna go confront” the attacker was stabbed in the chest, an eyewitness said. Alistair Day was travelling back to Hertford on Saturday after watching Nottingham Forest play Manchester United. The 58-year-old said he was besides the buffet car when he saw people running towards him. He told the BBC: “I thought it was like a prank – Halloween or students. Then they’re getting louder and louder.” He then saw “a man at the window with his knife” trying to get in. He said a man in a Nottingham Forest tracksuit told other passengers: “I’m gonna go confront him.” “He wasn’t the biggest guy and we tried to stop him,” he said. Mr Day said he later saw the same man “on the platform afterwards, flat-out, covered in blood”. He was told he’d been stabbed in the chest. The man remained very calm, Mr Day said, before he and other passengers put pressure on the man’s wound. “I just want to know he’s OK.” RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - Username - 02-11-2025 (02-11-2025, 03:01 PM)Paplane Wrote: Not football related but I'm reading that there was a guy in a Forest tracksuit on that train with all those people who were knifed.
