As much as I love cooper he is starting to get very repetitive in his interviews.
I want to know why the players are not achieving... Why after a home draw with wolves he felt the need to stick with the same players who struggled to score and crumbled under pressure knowing that Leeds would put us under pressure.
Why does surridge not get a chance when wood and ayew have offered so little.
Why is toffolo even here?
Why did he let O'Brian go.
What is he actually doing to address the away form as it has been the same all season and nothing changes.
Board of hearing how much he loves the support... Time to actually do something about it... Look at the Bournemouth away fixture last season.... Whe choked then. We were poor at hull. We were very lucky at Wembley. So this away form goes on longer than this season.

I dont love Cooper.
I support Nottingham Forest........the players and manager and staff come and go.
Cooper got us promoted and he deserved all the praise for that.
Now he is very close to getting us relegated and should fall on his sword.
Performances are awful, we are unable to pass the ball for most of every game. We lose the ball every throw in.
The coaching team must be completely useless.........because they are not improving the team but actually making them worse.
The whole lot need to go.

Reminder of some Swansea fans comments. The hoofball to the opposition, not wanting to play creative players, having his favourites who play all the time while others ignored............ same old same old ???

The writing has been on the wall for a while. The football is negative and so, so slow. Compare to Italy and Spain in the Euros, their goalkeepers rarely touched the ball and, when in possession, the ball only went as far back as the home side of the centre circle. Under Cooper, the goalkeeper was amassing 50+ passes a game - ridiculous and that doesn't include the number of times he booted it up[ the pitch back to the opposition while under no pressure whatsoever!
Combine that with the lacklustre performances during the season, culminating in the play-off final where the team literally didn't turn up, and it wasn't looking rosy for Steve. Add to that going for two jobs, one in the Prem (fair enough) and one at a fellow Championship club (really?) and his position went from bad to untenable. No club with any sense could carry on with a manager who'd done that.
Thanks for some of the memories, Steve. We'd rather forget the games where we literally looked like we couldn't be bothered and could barely get out of our own half regardless of the opposition though.

Cooper had plenty of backing, but unless they'd previously played for England u17's he wasn't all that interested in using them. Maybe if he hadn't spent the previous 18 months trying to shift or ignore any player offering a bit of flair and creativity he might not have needed a targetman to knock it long to.

I imagine Swansea fans have been delighted with the progress they have made since his departure. They've certainly become a far better side without him. I for certain think that two bottom half finishes is what those fans would have wanted.

I think you will find that is due to a serious lack of investment in new good signings.......nothing to do with Cooper leaving that they dropped down.
Part of the reason Cooper left was the lack of investment........it did not change after he left.

No they don't. It's hard to defend and no excuses. We can point to key injuries to players like Yates but all sides face injuries.
Ultimately I expect he will go. I expect us to go down. But in the mean time, I would love to see the side take a match to the opposition more (whilst not conceding 4-5 in the process)

Disagree about the injuries, I think Cooper has had massive bad luck on that front and it's derailed our season. Maybe if he'd have been bleating about it every week in his press conferences like othe rmanagers do then it might have had more widespread consideration.
I still hold the hope that the big man will stick with it and look to use this season as a foundation rather than knocking down everything thats happened and starting again.
