I'm still annoyed with yesterday but we've made such a pigs ear of this season it's unbelievable.

Burnley were that bad today we should already be safe even with a 10 dock.

Understand that Mike Dean and other ex refs etc have come out and confirmed Tierney got it wrong yesterday. Monumental error Dean said. Believe the PGMOL have confirmed it as an error as well and apologised again. Just out of interest how many apologies is that from the PGMOL this season? 6, 7?

At some point someone, somewhere has to look at it and say this isn’t right. No club is that unlucky that major mistakes impacting on them and costing them in games occur so many times without there being an agenda.

The apology from Mike Dean isn’t great to be honest.

It deflects from the issue and goes on to talk about how long the ball was in play before the goal was scored.

This bit pisses me off too. The fact that the goal happened two mins after the incident misses the point completely.

There were approximately two mins left at that point. So, if we'd have kept possession, we'd like have burned another 30-60 seconds off the clock meaning they wouldn't have had time to score that goal.

If the same incident occurs in the middle of the game, its annoying but it doesn't have the same impact.

Not to mention that we might have scored the winner from it ourselves - we were in a dangerous attacking position.

Its got to the point where I genuinely want the big 6 to f**k off and form their Superleague and take VAR with them. Leave the rest of us to compete in an even competition, teams like Villa, Everton, Wolves, West Ham with proper fans, normal kick off times and being able to tackle without someone collapsing holding their face. Sure we will still get Keith Stroud making terrible decisions but it will be evenly applied.
Im certain we would enjoy it far more.

RE: The Premier League 2023/24 - The reds - 03-03-2024

I can’t believe how bad Manchester United have got, There is no way a club like that should have 3 shots 1 on target with 27% away at Man City, that is a relegation team stats. Not top 6,

Tbf I think whilst he accepted that point itvwas the interviewer pushing it, not Dean.
