RE: The Premier League 2023/24 - DeesideRed - 27-02-2024 Luton conceding heavily vs City but scoring. Barkley with 2 assists, I still say if he gets injured they're gone RE: The Premier League 2023/24 - Sausage Roll - 27-02-2024 Pity this is in the FA Cup though. RE: The Premier League 2023/24 - Sausage Roll - 27-02-2024 6-2 Man City now with Haaland bagging five of them. RE: The Premier League 2023/24 - Fumanchew - 28-02-2024 They still have to face them at home in may so let’s hope for another drubbing RE: The Premier League 2023/24 - Paplane - 28-02-2024 League and cup they've conceded 19 goals in 5 games in February. Lost 4 and drawn 1. Has their bubble been burst? Has it been burst for while? Has their bubble been burst? Has it been burst for while? I think the thing with Luton is they will have a go at you. That will leave them exposed. It's just then whether teams take their chances. The problem is when they have a go they do so with a real threat sk you have to be defensively strong against them. Confident we will score when we play them, it’s just whether our defence will be able to do the business. Has their bubble been burst? Has it been burst for while? If you concede 4 goals a game on average, you aren’t winning any games of football. Has their bubble been burst? Has it been burst for while? It’s inevitable when you’re at the bottom that you’ll have these bad runs. We were the same last season. I’m sure there will be a run of games where they are thinking they can pick up enough points to survive. In my mind they are overachieving and that has kept their hope alive. I don’t think they look like a team that feel defeated, they just know that they will lose more than they win. As others have said, they have a go in games and so are always capable of getting goals but the good results they were getting have slipped away of late. The way their CB's defended Haaland last night was crazy. They will be more of a threat when he returns. Scored against us earlier in the season. That wasn’t the first time I have seen him bully Joe Worrall. RE: The Premier League 2023/24 - The reds - 28-02-2024 I like the way Luton play, but at the same time leaving 2 at the back when attacking is just asking for trouble, City could’ve scored 10 last night. Haaland could've, no, should've got 7. |
