Think his record comes from getting appointed in Feb/march time, new manager bounce helps, makes them solid keeps them up, then when he gets a long time, like here and everton his teams turn to shit... he should of been the guy if the person after ange failed.. its clear the players dont want to play under him

And with nothing really to back it up other than the job they’re doing right now vs what Dyche is serving up, I’d be fully behind this.

Sorry but that is one hell of a gamble. This isnt a game its a business worth hundreds of millions of pounds. Europa isn’t a disaster if it doesn’t work, Premier League is. Do you risk that future on 2 people with no management experience?
Current evidence is that for all his limitations Dyche will just about keep us up. We have no evidence for that with Reid and Joyce.

If Dyche gets enough points from Brentford, Palace, Leeds and Wolves, great.
If not, we’re going to be in big trouble.
After Thursday night’s shambles, we’ll learn a lot about Dyche and the players, and if they’re playing for him, by the performance tomorrow.

I think thats fair. As I have repeatedly said Thursday night was unacceptable and we need to see a reaction. If we do pull the trigger I don’t think its yet, it should only be if it becomes clear that the team no longer play for Dyche and we would go down if he stays.
I can understand the sack now viewpoint but there has to be a coherent plan to get us to the end of the season.

Genuine question, what message?
Performance vs Arsenal and Man City was very good. They were playing for the manager and their shirt.
The problem is breaking teams down because we don’t have a clue but again Im not sure we currently have the players for it either. That isn’t defending Dyche because tactics are clearly not helping. But what message arent they getting right now?

For me whether Dyche stays or a new guy comes in and who that is will be very much dependant on the players. If he’s lost the dressing room, same as Ange apparently did then how do we know that the next guy, whoever that might be and however skilled, experienced or good they are is going to do better if the players do the same again.
