He's completely proven me wrong and I'm happy to eat humble pie on this.

He’s getting better with age. He’s long been pigeon-holed as a targetman, but he scores all kinds of goals.  I think re-signing him in the summer will be crucial

Best 45 mins of attacking football Ive seen in a long time, equally we were very resilent and hung on in 2nd. MGW/Murillo respectively owned their halfs of the pitch but a real team effort tonight. Never seen a team take 3 players off so early into a game.

Chris Wood should by rights be player of the season although it will probably go to Murillo.

Absolutely buzzing with tonight great performance.

Shootout to Neco too, always puts a shift in and unlucky not to score in the second half.

Wow. Not watched it back but...

Positives
- Fast out of blocks and actually got the reward.
- MGW had a 35 minute spell where he was unplayable.
- Yates was superb for full 90 odd minutes.
- CHO terrorised their right hand side.
- Chris Wood now has more goals than Taiwo hot last season.
- Williams (my likely vote for POTY) was superb.
- Aina looked the part.
- CBs did fairly well earned some luck.
- Solid GK performance.
- Great battle between Robinson and Elanga.
- Dug in 2nd half.
- Off top of my head we missed 5 very good chances!!
- Danilo; I've said for some time he is the real jewel in out crown. Very young but oozes class. Being so young he has off days, but today he was magnificent gave a complete midfield performance. But for an unfortunate Wood "block" it would have have been capped with a wonderful volleyed goal.  Defensively he was brilliant.
If he can play like that 3 in 4 games, what a player we have on out hands.
- 3 massive points.
- 3 points clear of Luton (should be 7)
- The Forza display
- We got our atmosphere back.

Negatives
- Set pieces still.
- Missed chances (being picky).
- It rained.

More of the same please for rest of season.

Solid summery.

In our defence I thought Fulham's corners were brilliant tonight on the money everytime.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Fulham - Fumanchew - 02-04-2024

Didn’t watch the game was tied up first half and then didn’t wanna jinx by turning it on second half, Twitter was awash we claims we should have had a penalty but haven’t seen anything on here, luckily it didn’t change the night for us

RE: Nottingham Forest - Fulham - ozzyten10 - 02-04-2024

Williams - I was too far away but looked it and reaction from crowd closest to it suggested so.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Fulham - Fumanchew - 03-04-2024

Twitter comments said even the commentators said it was a penno, there’s no mention of it going to VAR on bbc sport though

Will he ever learn

I am desperate for him to prove me wrong but it’s like Groundhog Day.

Happy to be proved wrong, long may he do so.

Great result although a long way to go still.

Looked exactly like the one against West Ham, if it wasn’t a pen it should have been a yellow for diving?

RE: Nottingham Forest - Fulham - Fumanchew - 03-04-2024

Just watched the tnt sports highlights, we need some left footed forwards! CHO, Elanga and origi all should had scored if they’d been able to put their laces through it with their left boot!
