Just to open. Can't play like that with the CBs we have.

If we lose MGW, we go down, simple as.

Give over man. Jeez!

I hate to be a doom merchant, but we would be all but toothless without him imo. He is absolutely integral to our system and nobody else can fill that role with anything like the degree of efficacy that he is displaying week in week out.

I hope he’s fine or I hope I’m wrong.

Lots of positives from the performance, no doubt the media will be loving it fawning over the mighty Manu..
we are not going to win at Manchester so might as well rest a load of players. Danilo very good apart from one bad pass him and Scarpa should be starters ( apart from next week). Yates in for Freuler perhaps and Surridge faded badly so hopefully Wood can do the business. Worral exposed for pace again. Mckenna I don't know what to make of him at the mo. Lets not forget the league is the priority this was just a welcome distraction but its over now...onwards and upwards

5 wins and 2 draws is all that matters. We'll be fine

Can't we give them a bye for the second leg....

That Blackpool result could be a blessing in disguise. Glad we don't have another match on Saturday.

Need to have response in the next league game to these two games against man utd.

This is difference between a team competing for champions league and one hoping to stay in premier league with injurys and players who have not been in the country for long. All in all as expected given our constraints and played respectably at times. Fingers crossed for MGW ?

Anyone seen the surridge offside still? The var lines aren't parallel to the 18 yard box. What's up with that

For what its worth I thought he looked onside tonight but offside on Saturday.
Hey ho. You know my feelings , f**k VAR

RE: Nottingham Forest - Manchester United - Salvatore Matrecano - 26-01-2023

The timing of the 2nd goal was a killer. Played very well first half.
Im sure others have said it but we look good with our strongest team. Take a few out like we had 2nd half and not so much.

On the plus side Im going to my first away game of the season next Wednesday.

Isn't that just down to perspective and the position of the camera?
