RE: J Lingz - Salvatore Matrecano - 16-01-2023

There were some great clips of him celebrating with Cooper for Brennan’s 2nd goal. He is definitely part of the club now its great to see.

On another note I dont see how we get Lingard Scarpa and MGW into the same team although its good to have alternatives

I've got to say i have enjoyed watching Scarpa in the team far more than Lingard. I know he started to look better prior to his injury but he's gotta raise his game more now he's got competition

Based on what I've seen only one of those guys gets in if everyone is fit, particularly if we sign another attacker.

I really like Jesse but with Scarpa now here and MGW looking really good he does seem a bit pointless. I feel like we can get better players to play wing forward. I'm sure he'll have a role for the rest of the year but I can't see it going beyond that.

Jesse today talking about relying on alcohol.

"Speaking about why he chose to sign for Steve Cooper's Forest over West Ham - with whom he had previously enjoyed a successful loan period - he said: "I think they showed the love. They showed the willingness and the hunger to want me.

"Things broke down at West Ham, which I can't get into too much, but Nottingham showed the love a lot more than West Ham.

"Nottingham were like we love you, we want you, the manager will come to your house, the owner wants to fly you to Greece to sign the deal.

"For me it was a new challenge, a different challenge. Newly-promoted team and all I've known is United all my life."

I think this speaks volumes for the Owners, SC, Team and Backroom staff......and us Fans. What a great football Club we have here!!!

Hope he starts on Wednesday it would really spice things up a bit which might not be a bad thing for us.

RE: J Lingz - Fumanchew - 23-01-2023

Probably wants to make amends for the prem game where he wasn’t 100% fit

RE: J Lingz - nffc93 - 13-05-2023

God knows what went off with this lad but such a shame it's not worked out. You'd be thinking having Lingard on the bench would be a huge asset. Sadly he won't kick a ball for us again.

RE: J Lingz - Paplane - 13-05-2023

I think he'll hang around next season if we go down (with a massive pay cut). If we stay up there probably wont be a squad place for him.

RE: J Lingz - ozzyten10 - 13-05-2023

Wouldn’t want him next year - he’ll be off for a pay day in America or turkey

RE: J Lingz - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 14-05-2023

There are zero reasons for keeping him.
