Forest riding a bit of luck now Reading have suddenly turned it on. How has Sow not been booked yet?

RE: Reading v Nottingham Forest - the jock - 11-01-2020

Silva has been dire

Ribeiro very quiet

Honestly, this is a game that we have to win. Dont remember when we last dominated the midfield, and with Viera (Sow) playing for us we r doing just that. Their Watson (Adam) is slower then our own but more skill full...dont give him space close to our area or he will punish us.
Their defence is all over the place and we haven't had a shot on goal yet. We are so Grabban dependent that the opposition needs only to mark him ( Infact Grabban is non existent today), the rest of the players dont have a clue what to do up there.
We need to sign a couple of quality players to play on the flanks/upfront, that can finish, Ameobi is so ineffective that Reading r giving him freedom nd he is no dangerous at all.
Playing Ribeiro up there is a waste(I expect Lolley to come in the second half), no need for two defenders on the flank, we should let Reading worry about us nd not the opposite ( Readings full back is Gunter after all not Maldini).
Bring Mighten on for Ameobi nd move him closer to Grabban, it will break Reading.
Silva disappointing, he is not only not creating enough but not even dangerous on set pieces...you expect better from a number, especially on a free kicks.

This is where some real quality would have us in front now.

I like Ameobi & think he's a good squad player, but having a player like Grosicki in there and we're 1-0 up

Forest need 3 quality players to take them over the top.

Striker, Winger, ACM.  The latter two to really unlock the opposition.

Amoebi.  Think he's surprised one or two this season.  His move with Grabban the other week was sensational...and what a goal for Grabban to head in after starting the move before the half way line.  And it's not the 1st time Ammy has been involved in this build up play with Grabban.

SA.

Aye. Look at us now, opportunity missed & we're on the backfoot. :(

RE: Reading v Nottingham Forest - Joe Baker Legend - 11-01-2020

RE: Reading v Nottingham Forest - Dempse10 - 11-01-2020

A blue print for this transfer window, then?

Sometimes the die is cast.  We've been here with performances like this from Forest.  The 'huff and puff' performances.

You have to take your chances when you're on top.

Ref' is a Homer.

Perhaps time to bring on Lolley soon?
