He may well be being paid his contract from Swansea that they would no longer need to honour once he has found further employment. That would then depend on him - does he want to sit at home taking Swansea’s money or get back in the hot seat and terminate his deal at cost to him. Nope, you either go on Garden Leave ala Cooper, or you are sacked and paid up, this is sometimes in full, or their may be some form of compromise agreement depending upon how the sacking arises, or the terms of his employment contract dictate the terms of his exit. Not all exits have NDA's attached to them. Those on Garden Leave don't need one, they're still employed and it would be gross misconduct if they acted inappropriately. Some of those whose contracts are terminated will include NDA's if the terms of the exit are negotiated but not all. Journalists are now scrabbling all over Transfermrkt trying find out who this manager is. Is this the Serbian manager Sniff alluded to a few days ago? He plays 4-2-3-1 apparently. Seen it mate, it'll be outsiders putting a 10ner on. RE: Your Thoughts On The Next Nottingham Forest Manager - Strawberry Avenger - 16-09-2021 John Terry. With his **** eating grin? SA. Odds have dropped on Terry coming here because Murphy gets married this weekend. RE: Your Thoughts On The Next Nottingham Forest Manager - Salvatore Matrecano - 16-09-2021 Forza’s take on it all, its hard to disagree “The mood may have lifted slightly with the news that Chris Hughton had been relieved of his duties but we are excruciatingly back at the point of placing our hopes on the shoulders of yet another football manager. One who will appear into view on a conveyor belt like some ghastly version of a Yo Sushi restaurant and minutes later they’ll be battling against a Category 5 hurricane. The point is probably rather obvious now but we don’t keep appointing bad managers. Nor do we only appoint good ones – Hughton showed no signs of being that in his year with us. But a poke at the crumbling castle walls around the City Ground gives a glimpse of a catacomb of failures we cannot even begin to lump on a football managers shoulders. Forest has become a place football managers go to die. We wrap the noose around their neck on Day One and then pray they can somehow lead Nottingham Forest on a merry dance to the league above. It is absolutely f*****g stupid. Lessons need to be learned and quickly. Otherwise the crumbs of patience that remain will be blown away in the storm.” RE: Your Thoughts On The Next Nottingham Forest Manager - Marinakis Red - 16-09-2021 The appointment of Steve Cooper is going to be a disaster in more ways than one. A club that seemingly never listens or learns for that matter. Embarrassing really. The "never listens" concern is a very valid one. There stands to be some very pissed off fans at having another attritional type manager put in place. RE: Your Thoughts On The Next Nottingham Forest Manager - Sausage Roll - 16-09-2021 I presume any compensation we'd have to pay Swansea wouldn't be counted in FFP calculations? |
