It's just strange from Nuno we played with no attacking pace. Felipe wasn't at it in the first half because he hasn't played and you have to say the same with regards to sangare. The inconsistency and instability of our recruitment and team selection is coming back on us.

We were pretty open throughout, especially when MGW dropped deeper. Palace had a number of clear cut chances through the middle, we were lucky to not get punished more from them.

For me, Nuno needs to realise what Cooper did, bottom half teams need to be tight and focus on defence. I still don't think it's too late to switch to wingbacks again, which the squad is designed for and Nuno's original preferred formation at Wolves. Not like it would be a big loss to not have one of CHO, Elanga, Origi once the bench.

Wingbacks, Dominguez/Yates in the middle, MGW and then Wood up top. We need to change something though as right now we're conceding good chances without creating many, recipe for losing.

I thought that was a poor performance against a team who are also really struggling. We haven’t improved.

That first half is the worst I’ve seen us at home. No idea and full of mistakes.

where is the next victory coming from. On paper yesterday looked the best chance to get three points. A home game against a squad of similar quality as ourselves but missing at least three of there best players and on a very bad run. We didn’t deserve to win. I think we are getting worse.

What a player Eze is, couldn’t get near him all game. He won’t be at Palace next season, same as Olise

I have to say that I have been very disappointed in Nuno, to many changes from week to week and no real improvement performance wise. It appears to me that both manager and players are going through the motions as some know they will not be at the club come the seasons end which now look more and more likely to be in the Championship next season, points deductions are irrelevant as we are a poor side with little leadership. .

I only need to look at what Everton and Luton fans are saying. The exact same thing about their clubs. Giving up. At half time yesterday we were 4pts adrift and at the end of the game we were out of relegation zone on GD. Believe.

That first half was criminal. Their goal was shocking with both centre halves dragged out of position after a poor ball out of defence. The players had a chance to tap into a charged crowd and failed to get any momentum. Origi baffles me as a starter and the only players in that first half to have any credit whatsoever are Hudson odoi, Neco and Sels. The rest were poor and that included MGW. However MGW took the game by the scruff of the neck in the second half and wood came up with a sublime finish from a great lofted ball by MGW. Reyna provided some link up and Hudson odoi tried so hard against 3 markers.
Plalace were 5 at the back and really took the sting out of the game at every opportunity. Eze in a free role is what MGW should be and their midfield was more functional than ours. Their defenders were also decent.
If Nuno plays Sangare and Origi on Tuesday then I really fear for the match.

Origi selection continues to baffle me, particularly with Dominguez also not playing despite looking like our best midfielder/signing when he has played. Please can someone explain why he's not in the team?
