RE: Gil Dias - Salvatore Matrecano - 08-12-2018

Is it just me that thinks this bloke is getting worse every week? He was woeful when he came on as sub today.

RE: Gil Dias - the jock - 08-12-2018

If dias and goncalves went home in January I wouldn't care.

RE: Gil Dias - Kylos247 - 09-12-2018

Yes he runs into players rather than away, need much better if we want top 6.

RE: Gil Dias - Paplane - 09-12-2018

Imagine if we get promoted. We've got to pay 10m odd appiece for both him and Goncalves.

I've always thought that Goncalves would go back to Portugal in January but thinking about it, there's no way they're gonna take him back if they think they mighr be in with a chance of getting a fee like that in a few months time.

It would mean we'd start our season in the prem minus 20m before we'd even started. Anyway after yesterdays performance were a million miles from that.

Are you sure about that Pap?

That we HAVE to pay?

Is it not just an option if we go up?

Plus the players release clause fee is not necessary the transfer fee that gets paid (I think it's two different things).

RE: Gil Dias - ThePromisedLand - 09-12-2018

Option only - not mandatory.

So do we have to pay that out if we go up with them?

Not sure how the whole agreement is setup.

Personally I think we've been screwed on price with all the Portugese lot. Carva's definitely got quality, but he's not a 13m player yet.

RE: Gil Dias - BadDog - 09-12-2018

We don't have to pay anything it's down to us.

RE: Gil Dias - zicorice - 09-12-2018

Worrying about how to spend money for the Prem would be a nice problem to have!

RE: Gil Dias - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 11-01-2019

Some stories in the Greek press today that Dias might be moving to Oympiakos.

RE: Gil Dias - Mcforest - 11-01-2019

I think he would do really well there.

RE: Gil Dias - Kylos247 - 11-01-2019

Looking at him pre season I thought he would do really well here.
