RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Fumanchew - 05-04-2022 Pretty much all the results going our way bar Pboro beating Luton, but Millwall losing and QPR being pushed further back - if we capitalise on our games in hand - plays into our hands. RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Username - 05-04-2022 Would have preferred Sheffield United to lose, don’t want any team picking up form at this late stage. Good results otherwise and I think the Sheep are down now. RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Paplane - 05-04-2022 Pleased with the Reading win. Sheep can win games but if their results are matched by Reading then bye bye. Agreed, playoff spots taking shape now. Think if we do make it anyone but Boro is what we want RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Paplane - 06-04-2022 (06-04-2022, 12:00 AM)wassy04 Wrote:(05-04-2022, 10:00 PM)Username Wrote: Would have preferred Sheffield United to lose, don’t want any team picking up form at this late stage. If we were to win the playoffs and Boro finish top 6 then the chances are we're likely going to meet them. So what's best, Spence missing two legged semi or the final? God knows. RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Paplane - 06-04-2022 Also just had to pinch myself that im debating who we're better off playing in the play offs. Its a ridiculous notion after we made our worst start in 107 years. Id go so far as to say that as a sporting achievement it would be up there as our best season since our division 1 win under Cloughy. RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Tricky - 06-04-2022 Boro have Fulham at home tonight whilst WBA entertain Bournemouth. If we win tonight and Boro dont win their game, we could be sitting in 5th place in the morning RE: The Championship 2021/22 - nffc93 - 06-04-2022 (06-04-2022, 05:43 AM)Tricky Wrote: Boro have Fulham at home tonight whilst WBA entertain Bournemouth. And 8 points off Bournemouth if The Baggies can do us a favour RE: The Championship 2021/22 - wassy04 - 06-04-2022 (06-04-2022, 06:31 AM)nffc93 Wrote:(06-04-2022, 05:43 AM)Tricky Wrote: Boro have Fulham at home tonight whilst WBA entertain Bournemouth. Yeah kind of feels like a bit of a last chance on that front. We've got to win and Bournemouth lose to keep that vague dream alive RE: The Championship 2021/22 - nffc93 - 06-04-2022 (06-04-2022, 08:17 AM)wassy04 Wrote:(06-04-2022, 06:31 AM)nffc93 Wrote:(06-04-2022, 05:43 AM)Tricky Wrote: Boro have Fulham at home tonight whilst WBA entertain Bournemouth. Agreed. Things have got to go right on all fronts for us tonight or that very slim chance has gone RE: The Championship 2021/22 - Salvatore Matrecano - 06-04-2022 I honestly dpnt see Bournemouth blowing up to that degree, lets just concentrate on securing a top 6 place which would still be a fantastic achievement. Nor do I, I had a lot more hope before they battered Huddersfield a few weeks ago. No harm in dreaming though! |
