Fiorentina manager who Olympiacos have next week in a final that’s nothing more than a disruption for me.
Sniff did mention an Italian being considered for manager and he’s unlikely to stay at Fiorentina at the end of the season. He was asked about it after one of their recent European games and he said “the end of the season is more important than my future”. He’s worked his way up the leagues and has done well at Spezia and Fiorentina. I could see him being a realistic option.
He is admired a lot by EM.
Like all good managers though we face stiff competition.

They wanted him last year and have finally got him. I think it will be announced after Wednesday night next week. He's highly thought of. Will do well at Napoli.

Liverpool look to me to have appointed a post Klopp sacrificial coach who will probably be gone in a year or two. Man Utd probably searching for a top coach too. Chelsea don't seem to know what they're doing either. Brighton looking too now.
Managers like Glasner and Iraola are probably at our level but are there any more names out there abroad who could come in a do a decent job like they have done?
Would Cooper return if he was invited?

I wouldn't want Cooper back now. It's been and gone. Loved his time here but we've moved on

Cooper really would be a backward step. Love him, loved his time here, but we have evolved slightly in our approach since he has left. We look more of a premier league side now.
I don't want to go back to the ultra low block with minimal shots a game. We need to progress.

I will always be grateful for the sterling work Cooper did for us and get us back into the PL. I loved the man to bits for the way he embraced the club, its fans and our city.
But, I think he was out of his depth in the PL TBH and ran out of ideas. Opponents sussed him out and played to stop us, mostly successfully.
I dont think it would be a good idea to bring him back, at least not until he has had more experience and success in the PL. If we were to find ourselves relegated, then that is a different conversation entirely, but not now.
