Never said there was. I was just highlighting and stating a fact about what he achieved at Watford.

Well Miltos doesn’t exactly come out of the article smelling of roses either but you said he had nothing to do with it? I agree you cant pick and choose which bits of journalism you agree with.
If you want to look at objectively according to stories we have seen those responsible for the recruitment failure in the main are Cooper and Miltos. But the people whohave got the sack are Syrianos and Scott who were simply following orders and trying to bring good value young talent into the club.

We have been through that before. Why shouldn't Milto put a name forward and suggest a player and even negotiate?
As long as Cooper and Syrianos were informed and they agreed then where is the problem. You said before yourself SM that there is nothing wrong with it.

Elsewhere others were looking to have their say in the club’s transfer business, including Marinakis’s son, Miltos.
Older players on higher wages were sought to add gravitas to a young squad, with the signings of Lingard, Cheihkou Kouyaté, Remo Freuler, Willy Boly, Serge Aurier and Emmanuel Dennis made by those outside the recruitment team. Miltos Marinakis ensured he received credit for these big-name signings.
On Tuesday Forest play at Brighton, a club that offer stability, a cohesive long-term transfer strategy and a successful multi-club operation, three things Forest can only dream of.

Are you telling me that Cooper and Syrianos were not informed about the signings of Lingard, Cheihkou Kouyaté, Remo Freuler, Willy Boly, Serge Aurier and Emmanuel Dennis.
If so how do you know that?
This is supposed to be about Cooper not wanting Spence, Garner, Davies and Zinc but everybody ignores that and want to blame the Greeks again. I know you are a DT fan and you don't like the Greeks very much but you should try to be a bit more balanced SM with the greatest of respect.

Also note I was the first person to flag up the article and the part that blames Cooper for the lack of signings from last seasons team.
I am very disappointed in him if thats the case and I think a major reason we are failing this year.
Is that worth the sack? It’s probably more deserving of the sack than the 2 members of the recruitment team who have been sacked.
Like I have said before I think you need to open your eyes to the level of Miltos’ involvement and the fact letting a 23 year old have a major say in the running of a premier league club may not be wise.
