Dyche's methods are all the rage now.

His type of football is bang in fashion.

Even Arsenal have converted to it.

Thought the same last season, when Liverpool do a 40yd pass up to Salah its exquisite play. When we did the same up to Wood it was hoof ball. Not quite sure what the difference is. Regardless we then tried to abandon that just as its now seen as an effective method.
If Dyche can bring it back plus politely asking MGW not to try a fancy flick on the edge of our own area its fine by me.

The difference SM is tha we are Forest NOT Liverpool - Media bias/bollocks!

That pre match press conference with Yatesy and Sean was different onions. It was lighthearted and fun and also pretty informative. i think we are going to do really well with Dyche and co in charge. Tomorrow is going to be hard but I think we will have the spirit to win.

Wood seems a bit crocked as does Bakwa. Cho and N'Doye it is then with Jesus.

Chicago: Buoyed.

That was so refreshing - SD talks sense. Need to concentrate on set pieces both attacking and defending. Being compact- winning duels- getting a solid base to play off. Reminding the players they are good at it.

I’m older than some on here and don’t know what the fuss is all about.
In my day they used to call it percentage football- get it into the opposition’s danger areas and battle for it and you will get the ball some times.

Much more sensible than tippy tapping at the back risking it in your own danger areas.

PS loved the pre match conferences.
Never seen Dyche so animated- almost gleefull.
I think he may have an infectious enthusiasm we’ve never given him credit for in the past.

There is a cracking moment in the press conference - talks about splitting centre halves and pushing up full backs - getting your midfielder to drop beep whilst the other one attaches the pitch- the right winger hugging the touchline and the number 9 dropping deep into the false 9- the left winger tucking into the inside left and the striker either running a channel or giving the long ball option.
All tactics we are seeing now. The players named - Webb Pearce des Charles hodge rice clough Carr davenport/chapman -
Music to my ears

I also get the impression that the teams dyche will pick including, tactics and formations etc will be a joined up choice with his back room team and coaches thus not only his opinion which surely can only be a good thing instead of a stubborn previous managers choices

So he told the players their achievements had meant nothing f**k me what a tool why did he go in and immediately rock the boat?

Reminds me of Cloughie when he went to Leeds and told them all to chuck all their achievements in the bin cos they got them by cheating  :Up Yours: :Up Yours:

Ange should've learnt from Cloughies experience then. Cloughie lasted 41 days at Leeds. Postegoglou only 39  :Up Yours: :Up Yours: :Up Yours:

Just like to say I was one of the fans clapping them off near the tunnel. You can thank me later for providing the motivation for a 3-0 home win tonight :-)

Been a long while since i was this pleased with a manager being appointed , really like the fact you can see that he really wants to be at the club. Given time i think he'll be a really good fit for Forest.

Well done to all 3 of them. They have done more in 3 days training than the fraud did in 39 days. We look more solid. More fluid. Been a joy to watch tonight. Massive confidence booster this
