RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Username - 27-02-2022 The biggest concern for me is that the longer Surridge goes without a goal the more of an issue it will be. When Davis got through one on one yesterday he should have scored. I think Sam would have loved that opportunity. I still think we’ll rue not letting Sam take that penalty at Ewood. You should not get beat at your near post like that and had it not took a deflection it probably wouldn’t have even hit the target, having seen the angle from behind the goal. RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Username - 27-02-2022 Thought Lowe played very well btw RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Username - 27-02-2022 Four points again from two games, Preston and Brizzle, same with Stoke and Blackburn. Three wins on the bounce prior to the Cardiff match. Things aren’t looking too shabby. Four points from Sheffield United and Huddersfield would be excellent? It would be fantastic given the Hudds game is in the fa cup Four league games till the international break, Sheff U, Reading, QPR, Fulham. 6 points good return? Pressure will be on that Reading game for sure RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - King Joe - 27-02-2022 You don't get points for cup games. RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Username - 27-02-2022 Lol. What a berk!!! At the moment, I would be breaking it into games of two. Four points from Sheffield United and Reading would be very good. Six points from four games wouldn’t be playoff form I don’t think. RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Madforit - 27-02-2022 The whole team had a good day yesterday, really impressed with the Zinc he makes things happen, I for one would love the club to make him and Lowe permanent in the summer along with Davis, really impressed with the overall team effort there was a lot more pressing compared to the Preston game. 10 out of 10 RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Salvatore Matrecano - 27-02-2022 If we can keep going at 2 points per game ie winning 6 home games and drawing 7 away we will end up with 76 points which should I think get us top 6. Breaking it down like that I reckon it is achievable. I dont want to get too excited about yesterday’s result, thought Brizzle were awful and looked disinterested but the ease with with we won was very encouraging A point or more at Sheff Utd would be excellent, feel must not lose. As for Hudds in the cup, I get the impression neither team would be too unhappy to lose that one, be quite funny if both sides fielded their U23s. RE: Nottingham Forest - Bristol City - Paplane - 27-02-2022 2 points per game is ok as long as a lot of the wins are against clubs around us. We need them to drop points. I dont know the stats but it feels like boro, sheff, luton etc are matching our 2 ppg return at the moment. If we’re confident of continuing that kind of form then so will they be. |
