Newcastle bought Ramsey from Villa but it looks like Osula is going to Frankfurt.

It has always been so. Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea have done it in the past. It's Liverpool's time now.

In all fairness to Liverpool, they did not spend much last season and so have a hefty margin from which to invest. They are doing so from a position of strength. Essentially it is effective management - don't stand still and get complacent, continue to improve.

What I dislike is the way they've unsettled players but this has always happened and Newcastle can hardly complain as they've done the same to Brentford.

It's the food chain

Harvey Elliott to Villa for £35m? Cheaper than Hutchinson, same as Ndoye. Be interesting to see the relative value in those over time.
