RE: Are We Going Down? - ozzyten10 - 12-04-2026 Current form table is interesting - Villa, Newcastle, Chelsea all below us. Brighton top! Interestingly we are 17th at home and 6th away - Two more wins will do it - next week is massive - also hope Leeds get hammered tomorrow - feels dirty to want Man U to win handsomely but we’d go above them if it’s 2-0 or more! RE: Are We Going Down? - Salvatore Matrecano - 12-04-2026 6 games left. 1 win and 3 draws would get us to 39 pts. Sounds achievable. Would it be enough? Tough games. RE: Are We Going Down? - wassy04 - 12-04-2026 (12-04-2026, 07:34 PM)ozzyten10 Wrote: Current form table is interesting - Villa, Newcastle, Chelsea all below us. Brighton top! It'd mean Spurs would have to win at least two of their last six. Given their form and opponents that feels unlikely. West Ham have 3 top half teams including Arsenal plus Palace away in their next four games. They have it tough too, if we beat Burnley hopefully we can build a lead. It's all very uncomfortable though. So much is riding on that game next Sunday though. It reminds me of Southampton at home first season or Burnley 2nd season where we conceded early but won easily (didn't end up mattering that much in the end) RE: Are We Going Down? - Mcforest - 13-04-2026 My prediction is for us and west ham to finish on 38points. It's all going to come down to goal difference RE: Are We Going Down? - Paplane - 13-04-2026 I'm worried that it'll need a high total this season to stay up. That's why I'm worried about the difficulty of our May fixtures. If we beat Burnley a lot of people will be thinking we're out of it. I wont. It's all going to come down to goal difference I had West Ham on 37 including beating Leeds on last day and us on 39 with a final day draw. West Ham do still have tricky games, obviously if they get a surprise result somewhere it really pulls them back into it. I had Spurs and West Ham separated by 1 going into the final day, this all must be quite exciting if you are neutral! It's all going to come down to goal difference And Spurs? You're thinking they'll get more than eight points from their last six games? RE: Are We Going Down? - Sausage Roll - 13-04-2026 Spurs are on 30 points. They've got 1 point from the last 8 games. Why are people thinking they're suddenly going to turn that around and pick up 1.3 points a game to get to 38? Just don't understand that thinking one bit. They are in MASSIVE trouble. |
