We have played 8 away games won zero drawn 2 and lost 6 and scored just the one goal.
We will be lucky to finish the season with 30 points, in fact I predict that number to be our finishing total.
Simplistic or not the premier league table does not lie.

No I didn't as I thought we went backwards against Manu, I sincerely hope we vastly improve and surprise some of the so called pundits and stay up.

It's worth noting we've not played Chelsea, Southampton or Leeds yet. It's not inconceivable that at the halfway point we'll be outside the relegation zone. Pretty good effort after how it started really. I am still positive but realistic. It'll be tough but the hope is coming from seeing the struggles of Southampton and Bournemouth, plus others not looking good. It's not going to need a huge total to stay up now

A bit of (unnecessary) background on me. I grew up in Cornwall with a Dad who supported Man United. I followed his guidance, but my Grandad on my Mum’s side is from Nottingham and he told me all about Forest’s success under Clough. It seemed magical and amazing. I started properly supporting Forest in the Championship around the 2017-18 season. I know it’s not the longest, but I honestly didn’t think for a long time that I’d ever see Forest in the Premier League. We’re still in the race to stay up. If we do go down, then we will have given it our best shot, but there’s still a long, long way to go. Even if we’re in with a chance on the final day of the season, I’ll take that. If not, I’m proud to have said that I’ve seen Forest in the Premier League. I still honestly believe we can do it, especially after the miracle of last season. COYR!

McDurban & Sniffer, read my post again, you both make the assumption that I stated that Forest should not surrender (are we at war with someone?) Its a game of football to be enjoyed by both the players and supporters. I am just expressing an opinion based on how in reality we are performing as a club this season against the other lower half PL teams in the relegation mix, any genuine supporter must agree its not been good and if we fail to improve sometime soon we are back in the Championship. Lets see if we can raise our game this afternoon because more of the same lack-lustre negative approach will no longer cut it, SC and the players have had long enough to get us moving forward at this level COYR!

David Moyes will be sacked if he does not get results in the next three games following the new financial agreement that has been put in place with owner Sullivan.

That went ages ago with the Ale House.
We are now 100% Forest related. No more general football and politics etc which used to turn the forum into a slanging fest.

I hope the 2nd half performance today clarified my point in the earlier post, stop sitting back and have a go which we did and got our rewards. Its the only way we will stay up being positive and having a go at the opposition, sit back and being passive and will be relegated for sure, COYR more of the same for the rest of the season!
