He played all summer, only had 2 weeks off, just played 2 x 90 for England and we have another 6 games in 18 days.

There's a big difference between 11 changes and 5 changes though. Plus Ange will be wanting to get his message across and will see the League Cup as probably his best chance at silverware.

They were favourites today actually vs Sheffield Weds, fourth division side and away from home.

That's an interesting perspective :Funny: There was a lot of blaming being out of the league cup being a reason for fringe players not being match fit.

I depressingly thought the same, we just need to make our entire season the Europa League and staying up in the PL this year.
