RE: Next 8 Games - RedMW - 31-01-2023 Based on current form and recent optimism I am going for 3 wins (Leeds, Everton, West Ham) and a draw (Fulham) RE: Next 8 Games - zicorice - 01-02-2023 One game at a time please...? This ^^ RE: Next Few Games - Plymouth red - 02-02-2023 There are no easy games and no games we 'should' win. Sunday will be another tight affair and if we can get three points then that will be brilliant. I would snatch your hand off now for 10 points. This thread hurts my brain. I need to stop reading it... 7 games with potentially any number of points from zero (imagine the meltdown) to 21 (imagine being on 42 points!!) We don't know who will be injured or suspended for us or any of those teams. I'd probably take 7 points tbh, but it is ONLY today's game that I'm thinking about-as is Steve Cooper and the players. One game at a time...? RE: Next Few Games - nffc93 - 05-02-2023 We could do with an away win to take the pressure off home results. Fulham and 3 points it is. RE: Next Few Games - Plymouth red - 05-02-2023 An average of 1 point a game over next 5 would leave me jolly content. Everton at home already looks tougher but I think we'll be in all those games. Hope to scrape a few more 1-0s to get us over the line. Our defensive improvement since Leicester has been incredible really. Whisper it quietly but it's a pretty good time to play City. Not looking their best right now and it's three days after they play Arsenal and 4 days before they travel to Germany for the CL. Would presume they'll rotate a bit, gives us a chance at least. RE: Next Few Games - Plymouth red - 05-02-2023 Fulham have struggled for goals of late - 3 blanks albeit agaist newcastle, spurs and chelsea. Its one of those that on paper would make me think home win but I thought that last year. I imagine we will set up to hit on the counter as we did against them last season so key will be how we'll we can absorb their threat As for city, it will be a difficult match regardless. Not expecting anything even from a rotated man City side. But hopefully they can make more of a match of it than they did in august RE: Next Few Games - McDurban - 05-02-2023 We've seen some cracking results at Craven Cottage over the past few years.
